Essie was a known forger in the 1960-1980 era). I believe this bud vase to be painted by the late Bess Schubert who worked for the Chapman Bailey Company in the 40’s.  The company stood where Disneyland is today.  Her pieces are almost never signed but very distinct.  8.5” tall and 3” wide
